Intelligent and industrialized production base for oyster mushrooms, with an annual output value of RMB 100 million

In the modern intelligent mushroom fruiting workshop, hardware facilities such as the three-dimensional layout of metal mushroom racks and embedded temperature control pipelines have built a solid framework for digital agriculture. Inside the mushroom houses, plump, round oyster mushrooms quietly grow and thrive vigorously.

As a modern agricultural enterprise integrating strain R&D, industrialized cultivation, product packaging and sales, AISanfu (Xinrun Agriculture) mainly produces high-quality edible fungi such as fresh oyster mushrooms, fresh Pleurotus citrinopileatus and fresh Pleurotus eryngii, which are sold well in more than 20 provinces across the country.

In the edible fungi industry, reducing costs and improving quality is the key to breaking through the competition. Our mushrooms “grow in air-conditioned rooms” — industrialized and intelligent production is an indispensable part of industrial development.

As the first base in Shandong Province to realize the full-process industrialized production of oyster mushrooms, Dongying Xinrun covers an area of 100 mu with a total investment of 50 million yuan. It adopts an internationally advanced intelligent environmental control system, enabling precise regulation of temperature, humidity, light and carbon dioxide concentration. Equipped with fully automatic bagging, sterilization and inoculation production lines, the base produces 80,000 bags of strains per day, with an expected annual output value exceeding 80 million yuan. Relying on the “industrialization + standardization” model, it breaks the seasonal restrictions of traditional cultivation and achieves stable supply 365 days a year.

At present, the phase II expansion project is in progress. Upon completion, the daily output capacity will be increased to 40 tons. To further enhance industrial competitiveness, the company has established close cooperative relations with scientific research institutions such as the Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Qingdao Agricultural University, carrying out in-depth cooperation in strain R&D, cultivation technology optimization, product deep processing and other fields, and striving to build a leading domestic green edible fungi production base and strain R&D center.

The enterprise deeply integrates mushroom bag production with comprehensive straw utilization, processing more than 12,000 tons of agricultural wastes such as crop straw annually. Meanwhile, it converts mushroom residue into organic fertilizer, seedling fertilizer, substrate and other products, constructing an ecological circular production model of “farmland — straw — edible fungi — organic fertilizer — farmland” and realizing the efficient recycling of agricultural resources.
